Your Discover Dubai experience is being offered at a special rate in exchange for agreeing to view the First Group hotel investment opportunities. Your TFG tour will last one full day to ensure you have enough information to evaluate your options and make an informed decision. Both parties must be present for the TFG investment tour. Details of your TFG tour will be provided by The First Group Travel Concierge during your phone consultation prior to your trip.
The First Group is responsible for fulfilling the travel itinerary contained on the overleaf which includes four nights at one of TFG’s 4-star hotels based on availability (e.g. Wyndham Dubai Marina, TRYP By Wyndham). If a TFG hotel is not available during the travel dates, The First Group reserves the right to use similar 4-star accommodation in the same area.
Travel dates may be restricted during peak year periods (New Year, Christmas, Easter, Eid, etc.) and The First Group reserves the right to withdraw the availability of accommodation during these periods.
The First Group welcome team will greet the traveling party at the Dubai airport upon arrival and provide hotel transfer. The First Group will not be responsible for failure to meet the client if flight details were not provided to The First Group with at least two days’ notice of departure date.
If the client requests amendments to the schedule after the booking is confirmed, the client shall be liable for any costs incurred.
Accommodation is on a Bed & Breakfast basis only plus a lunch or dinner at a TFG location, valued at AED300. All other meals and any other hotel expenses such as food, beverages, telephone charges, transportation, taxes, VAT, tips, laundry, additional rooms or additional beds or other charges of a personal nature are payable by the client at their own cost.
By participating in this vacation offer the travellers agree that The First Group will not be held liable for any actual or potential losses, including without limitation, compensatory or consequential damages, whether in contract or in tort, by either persons or property, arising out of this offer or in connection therewith. The First Group reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without notice. These terms and conditions are final and cannot be changed or altered by any statement, merchant or representative of any unauthorized person(s).
A refundable security deposit will be required upon check-in in cash or by credit card. All guests must present a valid identification or passport upon arrival.
Should the subsidized package offer not be utilised within 90 days of purchase the client will receive a 30-day extension by paying an additional sum equivalent to 30% of the package cost. In the event the client fails to travel by the date of extension then all monies paid by the client in relation thereto will be forfeit and non-refundable. In the event that the client is deemed to be non-eligible under the terms of this offer then The First Group reserves the right to cancel the trip.
