By participating in this program, the recipient and guest agree that they have read, understand and agree to the terms and conditions of use and participation; and provide express consent to receive marketing offers from The First Group by participating with this program.
1. Once your certificate has been activated online, a TFG representative will be in touch to discuss and confirm your travel itinerary. It is important that you do not make any travel arrangements until you have received written confirmation that your travel dates have been accepted.
2. All vacation offers are subject to hotel availability and inventory. All travel must be completed prior to the expiry date printed on your certificate. Travel is not permitted during peak year periods (New Year, Christmas, Easter, Eid, etc.) or any State, Provincial or Federal Holiday. The First Group reserves the right to withdraw the availability of Discover Dubai Experience during above mentioned peak dates.
3. Accommodation is on a Bed & Breakfast basis only. Upon check-in, a refundable security deposit will be required in cash or by credit card. All guests must present a valid identification or passport upon arrival. All other meals and any other hotel expenses such as food, beverages, telephone charges, transportation, taxes, VAT, tips, laundry, or other charges of a personal nature are payable by the travellers at their own cost. Once reservations are confirmed by both parties, a $50.00 USD service fee will be levied for any change, cancellation or no show, in addition to charges levied by the hotel, if applicable.
4. Airline tickets must be purchased through The First Group Travel Concierge who will accommodate individual requests for preferred carrier and fare class at the airline’s best available rates accessible through the UAE booking portal. The TFG Travel Concierge is also available to book local excursions and discuss room upgrade options that may be available at time of booking.
5. Each traveller is responsible to obtain all necessary travel documents for each country they visit including but not limited to a passport and travel visas. If you are travelling outside your country of residence The First Group recommends all travellers have a passport valid at least six months beyond your scheduled return date. Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the Government of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The First Group bears no responsibility of any nature whatsoever for the rejection or delay in issuing of the visa by the Government of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
6. This offer is not valid for groups of two or more certificate holders. Certificates are non-transferable. This certificate cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional, discount or coupon offer. This certificate cannot be used by The First Group merchant client principles, employees or related parties.
7. This certificate cannot be exchanged for cash, any monetary consideration, resold and cannot be reproduced. This certificate is considered void if bartered at any time or sold to the end user, or if not paid for by the primary issuing merchant or distributor, who purchased direct from The First Group.
8. By participating in this vacation offer the travellers agree that The First Group will not be held liable for any actual or potential losses, including without limitation, compensatory or consequential damages, whether in contract or in tort, by either persons or property, arising out of this offer or in connection therewith. The First Group reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without notice. These terms and conditions are final and cannot be changed or altered by any statement, merchant or representative of any unauthorized person(s).
